CONTINUE TO GROW is part of the Inova-Ria Innovation Network, an Innovation Cluster companies' association founded in 2003, that contributes for the development and competitiveness of the Aveiro Region and the ICT Sector in Portugal. Cluster gathers more than 3500 high-skilled workers and is increasingly expanding to other major cities such as Lisbon, Porto, Braga and Coimbra.
Inova-Ria promotes, co-funds and manages collaborative projects (national and European) with its members companies, international institutions and companies.
On November 12 and 13, the Innovating the Public Sector: from Ideas to Impact conference, organized by the OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation, took place in Paris, France. The conference's overall purpose was to engage actors from the public sector, as well researchers, civil society, and innovators from the private sector, in the sharing of innovative practices in the public administration's sectors of the country members, ranging from the health to security sectors.
Utilising crowd led approaches to create value is increasingly familiar in both the literature of business comment and reporting and through our own experience. Crowdassets, as we refer to them, represent a profound and enduring source of innovation and we must adapt and respond to this opportunity.
Crowd empowered ecosystems are rich sources of insight and expertise. Businesses can engage with their crowd in order to bring innovative services and products to the market at a faster pace.
